At BUBNOX, we take pride in the quality of our DIY miniature kits. If you are looking to return your order, we are here to help. We accept return requests within 30 days from the original shipping date. To initiate a return, please strictly follow the guidelines below.
1. Return Eligibility & Conditions
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or store credit, items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition: unopened, unused, unassembled, and with complete original packaging and tags attached.

Inspection Disclaimer: We inspect all returns upon arrival. We strictly do not accept returns or issue refunds if the item exhibits visible stains, marks, tears, smears, missing miniature pieces, or any form of customer-inflicted damage.

Policy Abuse: We reserve the right to refuse service and decline refund requests to anyone suspected of misusing or abusing our return policies.
2. Standard Restocking Fees & Non-Refundable Charges
Please carefully review our financial deductions before shipping items back to us:

15% Restocking & Processing Fee: For all buyer-remorse returns (e.g., accidental purchase, changed mind, incorrect operation), a flat 15% restocking and administrative fee will be automatically deducted from your final refund amount. This fee covers our unrecoverable local transaction costs, international tax reconciliation, and backend processing fees.

Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. Furthermore, BUBNOX does not provide prepaid return shipping labels; the customer is fully responsible for selecting a trackable carrier and paying the return shipping fees.

Customs & Duties: Local customs fees, import tariffs, or border clearance taxes paid directly to foreign governments are strictly non-refundable.
3. Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale / Seasonal Promotions)
Certain promotional products are strictly ineligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or price adjustments. No exceptions will be made for sizing, color, or personal preference issues. This non-returnable policy strictly applies to:

All accessories and items marked as 'FINAL SALE', 'FLASH SALE', 'CLEARANCE', 'HOLIDAY SALE', or 'MYSTERY BOX'.

All promotional event items marked as 'Black Friday' or 'Cyber Monday' (except in verified cases of manufacturer manufacturing defects).
4. Step-by-Step Return Process
Do not mail your package back to the address listed on the original shipping label. To complete a return, you must follow these steps:

Contact our support team directly at
support@bubnox.comto request the correct regional warehouse return address. -
Include a copy of your original packing slip or order confirmation email inside the return box, along with a note detailing whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.

Drop off your package at a trackable carrier of your choice. The package must be scanned by the carrier within 30 days of the original shipping date.

Once our warehouse receives and successfully inspects the item, your refund (minus the 15% restocking fee) will be processed back to your original payment method within 4-5 business days. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for your bank to post the transaction.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect product, or if the item arrives damaged from manufacturing, please notify us immediately at support@bubnox.com with photo/video proof. In cases where the error or defect is verified as our fault, BUBNOX will cover all replacement costs and the consumer will not bear any return logistics fees.
