2. Products, Pricing, & Custom DIY Kit Disclaimer

  • Modifications: Prices and descriptions of our products are subject to change or discontinuation at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any price adjustments or service suspensions.

  • Display Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors and images as accurately as possible; however, we cannot guarantee your monitor's display will perfectly match the actual product.

  • CRUCIAL DIY KIT & MINIATURE DISCLOSURE: Due to international aviation security and shipping regulations, glue, liquids, and batteries are NOT included in our product packages. Customers are required to purchase these materials locally to complete assembly. Furthermore, our products contain delicate miniature parts and are strictly intended for hobbyists aged 14 and above. We assume no liability for choking hazards, injuries, or damages resulting from incorrect assembly or product misuse.

3. Orders, Billing, & Data Accuracy

  • Order Limitations: We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or refuse any order placed with us. This includes restrictions on orders placed under the same customer account, the same credit card, or the same shipping/billing address. Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors may be prohibited at our sole discretion.

  • Account Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions, and to promptly update your email address, payment details, and expiration dates.
