At BUBNOX, we partner with global fulfillment centers to deliver to hundreds of customers across more than 40 countries every day, ensuring the highest levels of responsiveness and tracking at all times.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed, quality-checked, and safely packed before dispatch.

  • Verification & Packing: Most orders are forwarded to our fulfillment centers within 24 hours of placement.

  • Dispatch Window: Please allow 1 to 5 business days for our partnered facilities and postal services to fully process, track, and dispatch your order.

2. Shipping Estimates

Shipping time refers to the duration it takes for items to travel from our international fulfillment centers to your destination. Please refer to the table below for estimated timelines:

⚠️ Please Note: Delays may occasionally occur during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or due to customs clearance protocols handled by the logistics companies.

3. Tracking & Separate Shipments

  • Full Tracking Provided: Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to you so you can monitor your package throughout its journey.

  • Multiple Packages: If you order different products, they may be shipped in separate packages because we utilize multiple specialized fulfillment facilities in East Asia (China) to ensure product availability.

4. Taxes, Duties, and Customs

  • Tax-Inclusive Pricing: All product prices displayed on BUBNOX are fully inclusive of standard local value-added taxes (VAT) or sales taxes where applicable. The price you see is the final price for the product, and you will not be charged additional standard sales taxes at checkout.

  • Import Duties & Customs Tariffs: While standard sales taxes are included in your purchase price, international shipments may occasionally be subject to unpredictable local import duties, customs clearance fees, or inspection tariffs levied by your destination country's customs border. These localized, border-imposed fees are outside our control and remain the sole responsibility of the customer/recipient.

5. Delivery Guarantee & Wrong Addresses

  • 60-Day Protection Net: Due to uncontrollable logistics anomalies, if you do not receive your order within 60 days of purchase, we will issue a 100% full refund with no questions asked.

  • Incorrect Address Disclaimer: It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient address details provided by the customer.
